I have officially left the 21-23 age bracket on questionaires and it feels pretty good. I was a very lucky girl this week. I received a beautiful Swarovski crystal bracelet from my Mum that matches my diamond ring that Tyler bought me for Christmas. My favourite perfumes in roll on form from my Dad and step Mum. 3 gorgeous pairs of earrings from Etsy from my grandparents. AND Tyler took me away for the week! I was treated to a 5 day holiday at Alexandra Headlands which is between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
When we arrived at the airport, Tyler had a white limo standing by to take us to our resort. We spent the week trekking around the Sunshine Coast, lazing around the pool and eating at all of the amazing restaurants there. Reviews to come! Tyler and I have nearly been together for 4 years (26th Jan Anniversary!) and every Birthday, bar last year, he has taken me to a different zoo. It is one of the only traditions we have and I love it. We are quickly running out of Australian zoos to visit so I don’t know what he will come up with next year!
We spend our New Years Eve on Darling Harbour watching the fireworks and then ended up at the Star City Casino for some blackjack and silliness. They handed out glow sticks and party hats before the midnight fireworks and we watched them from the top balcony of the casino. I am hoping to get a lot done in 2013 and will be starting my ‘To Do in 2013′ list this week. Starting with a holiday plan and savings agenda for the year! I hope everyone is having an amazing New Years and is working on a positive plan for this year. <3!
